As part of the open day of the Faculty of Economic Informatics, representatives of the department held career orientation meetings with school students and students of specialized technical schools in the city of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region. The event covered 14 secondary educational institutions.I – III of education and 2 secondary specialized institutions that graduate junior specialists in the specialties of “Computer Engineering” and “Software Engineering”.
The meetings provided extended information in the form of a presentation about the faculty’s specialties, the university’s graduate ranking according to the website of independent programmers of Ukraine. dou.ua, the faculty’s activities regarding work with applicants and students, the peculiarities of the location of the university and the dormitory, answers to questions were provided students and teachers.
The total number of students interested in the specialties of KhNEU named after С. Kuznets, namely the Faculty of Economic Informatics, accounted for 40% of the total student audience. Cooperation agreements were concluded with 8 secondary and secondary specialized educational institutions of the city.
